Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3:00pm. Check-out is by 11:00am.

• Early check-in — $50, subject to availability. Contact the front desk to ask.
• Late check-out — $20 per hour. We can often extend to 3:00pm if the room is not needed; please ask rather than assume.

Guest identification

A valid credit card and government-issued identification are required at check-in, matching the name on the reservation. If someone else is paying, please tell us in advance.

Guarantee and deposit

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. A $100 security deposit is held at check-in for incidentals and released afterwards.

Cancellation

Cancellation and modification terms depend on the rate you book, and are shown at the time of booking and in your confirmation. If you are unsure, call us.

Taxes

Transient Occupancy Tax of 14.195% is charged on the room rate only.

Parking

Parking is free — but space is genuinely limited, so it is one vehicle per room, first come first served. We would rather say that plainly than have you circling the block.

The Laguna Beach trolley stops nearby, and most of what you came for is walkable.

Occupancy

Each King Room takes up to two guests. Each Double King Room takes up to four.

Breakfast

A complimentary continental breakfast is served daily from 7:30am to 10:00am in the lobby.

Pool

The heated outdoor pool is open daily from 9:00am to 9:00pm. There are complimentary popsicles in the lobby on the way past.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome. $25 per night, up to two well-behaved dogs per room, with a combined weight limit of 40 lb. Dogs only, and they may not be left alone in the room.

Service animals are always welcome and are exempt from the fee, in accordance with ADA guidelines.

Beach supplies

Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and umbrellas are available to borrow — ask at the front desk. There is guest laundry on site, open 24 hours.

Smoking

We are a 100% smoke-free property — guest rooms, decks, balconies and public areas. If smoking is detected, a $250 per night cleaning fee applies.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping enters daily for stay-over guests — more than one night — to freshen bathrooms, empty bins and make the bed. Ask the front desk if you need anything else.
